Paid over $1,000 for my clutch to be fixed. Got it back and it’s inoperable within days. They reflushed it and it’s again inoperable. Not worth spending your money here.

Quick work smogging my 1990 VW Vanagon, which as anyone who likes older vehicles knows, is no easy task. Was recommended by another shop whose vintage test equipment was broken. Called, passed smog and uploaded to DMV within the hour. Fantastic.

Not from Berkeley, But needed my car fixed, it was making a knocking noise he found the issue. So I can be back on the road, They had it done in one day I was so thank full 😊and it was a reasonable price, these guys are TRUSTWORTHY.

Women are tired of being taken advantage of by auto service shops!!! This is my second review of the year. I feel disappointed,disrespected and ripped off.I was approved for the CAP program offered by the state,that helped to pay a portion of my emissions repair because my car didn't pass smog.The state list Fellows as an authorized shop for repairs through their program.Fellows auto diagnosed my car and stated the repairs needed were due to CODE P2004 (IMRC stock open). Work was performed May 3 2024. May 7 2024, I called the shop advising my gear shift lights were out,they were working prior. He denied responsibility.The energy was nice nasty from the start.Short quick answers,not a welcoming feeling upon visiting the shop,quick to minimize your complaint and deny any issues on their part.While on the road in, July 2024 my check engine light came on. I immediately called the shop to tell them my check engine light came back on.I expected him to tell me to bring the car back,for 2 reasons:it was within 3 months of them doing the work and I didn't drive the car often so I know I hadn't exceeded the warranty of 3,000 miles.He did NOT give me that option. He said get it diagnosed.It
